Overview

This studio assumes you are already shipping software and need sharper Scrum events rather than theory lectures. Each morning reviews a short case from SaaS or enterprise IT, followed by facilitated breakouts where you redesign ceremonies for your own constraints. Afternoons cover quality standards touchpoints with external reviewers and how to keep stakeholder sign-off lightweight. You leave with facilitator scripts, a retro kit tuned for remote teammates, and a checklist to audit your Scrum Master responsibilities monthly. Hardware agnostic: bring your preferred notebook stack.

Does this include the official exam voucher?

Yes, one voucher per seat is bundled. You schedule the exam directly with the certifying body; we do not proctor it in-house.

Can a whole squad join?

Yes, we recommend up to eight people per organization so breakouts stay diverse. Larger orgs should inquire about a private series.

What is not covered?

We do not cover hardware provisioning, HR policy approvals, or procurement tooling. Bring your own laptop and access to your issue tracker for exercises.
